SHIPPING
- While Blossom Makeups Ltd strives to ship items on a timely basis, issues may arise that will delay the shipment of your order. Any issues that are out of Blossom Makeups Ltd hands, meaning once the package has left Blossom Makeups Ltd warehouse, including items getting lost, tracking not being updated on the delivery company website, etc., must be communicated directly with the delivery company. Blossom Makeups Ltd is not responsible for lost packages, delayed delivery, including weather issues, etc. Additional shipping charges may apply to international orders.
- Any changes to the shipping address must be made before your order leaves our facility. Your order cannot be modified once it has left our facility.
- Blossom Makeups reserves the right to hold any order for security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within three business days.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer returns, refunds and repairs of damaged products according to provisions of the law. If the product you purchased from us is damaged or does not function properly, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repairs.
REFUNDS
We offer refund for the products purchased if:
- The Product delivered to the customer is not what was ordered for.
- The Product has been damaged, spilled or broken upon receiving.
Customers may be eligible for a refund provided that:
- The Product is returned in its original packaging
- The Product must not be damaged or broken at the time of return
- The Product will be returned with the receipt issued for its purchase
EXCEPTIONS
Not withstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:
- You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the product
- You misused or mishandled the product in such a way that caused damage to the product
- You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it
- If you have received the product and don’t lodge a complaint within 14 days from the date written on the receipt
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you discover that the product you purchased from us is damaged during delivery:
- Report the damage immediately upon discovery
- Ensure that the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packaging it was when it was sent
- We will organize for the repair and/or replacement of the damaged product provided the damaged product is returned within the following period: 14 days following the date written on the receipt of the purchase
EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
We Also reserve the right to allow customers to exchange product with a similar or another product in our store in place of a refund, as long as the prices are the same
RETURN SHIPPING
We will bear all shipping costs or other costs associated with the return of the products
If the product is being returned for repairs or an exchange, customers will bear the shipping costs and organize for the shipping, transportation and collection of the product

Products may be returned within: 14 days following your receipt of the purchased product. Returns are to be sent to the following address:

Refunds are issued at our discretion as we may reject, grant a refund, replace or repair damaged products.
